About Us
Emmanuel is a licensed engineer in Quebec and Manitoba, Canada, and holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering applied to Hydropower from École Polytechnique Montréal. He also holds a Maintenance Management Professional certificate from the Canadian Asset Management Association (PEMAC). His career path includes positions as a Turbine Design Engineer and Site Quality Engineer at Andritz Hydro, followed by a position as Service Lead Engineer at GE Renewable Energy Hydro North America. With ten years of experience in the energy industry, he has been instrumental in major hydroelectric refurbishment and new unit installation projects in Canada and the United States.
Driven by his commitment to improve the lives of hydroelectric technicians and ensuring universal access to electricity, Emmanuel founded “EN Solutions Hydro”, a Canadian company specializing in hydropower maintenance management. In addition to his efforts, Emmanuel works as a consulting engineer and is currently assisting Tetra Tech as the Project Coordinator for the 10-year Rio Tinto Hydroelectric Stator Rehabilitation Program and as the Site Quality Assurance Lead for the Otto Holden Hydroelectric Unit Rehabilitation for OPG (Ontario Power Generation).
Erus Djimo brings over 15 years of experience in the Energy industry, with a robust background in technical sales and account management.
Prior to his tenure in the energy sector, Erus spent eight years in the computer science industry. He has worked across 10 African countries, developing expertise in business development, marketing, and technical advisory roles. Erus has a proven track record in managing key accounts and successfully leading tender processes, contributing to significant contract wins and business growth. He holds a Master’s in International Business Management from the University of Poitiers, France, and is fluent in both French and English.

Mehdy is a registered engineer who holds an engineering permit in the province of Alberta in Canada. He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Science and Technology, Tehran in Iran. He possesses more than 23 years of experience (including 10 years throughout various large projects in North America) in project leadership, construction, start-up, engineering and hands-on in the commissioning of Hydropower plants (Electrical and mechanical equipment), solar plant, HVDC (converter station, DC yard, harmonic filters), HV substations (AIS, GIS)
He is also specialized in test and commissioning of Small/Large Hydro power plant equipment (Turbine, Governor, Synchronous generator, Excitation system, power transformer, Electrical and Mechanical utility), control and protection system and condition monitoring.
Diego is a certified Business Analyst from Canada and holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the Universidad de los Andes in Colombia. His experience includes working on condition monitoring projects for industrial equipment, serving as a process engineer in manufacturing, and supporting product design for IoT-related services.
With more than six years of experience, his knowledge, curiosity, and creativity have been instrumental in the success of major automation and condition monitoring projects. His passion for IoT drives his commitment to helping industries achieve higher levels of reliability and efficiency.
As part of the EN Solutions team, his contribution in expanding our business to LATAM and designing of our IoT services aligns with his desire to support the hydroelectric industry, helping them enhance efficiency and maximizing the positive impact this additional efficiency has on both business and society.
Boris is a graduate engineer from the Polytechnic School of Yaoundé, Cameroon, with over 10 years’ experience in multi-platform application development for a number of companies.
He has worked as a senior developer at Accenture, lead developer for the Laposte group, and software architect for the Arkea group, all based in France. He is currently a freelance architect and lead developer of applications, websites and software. Based in France, he is in charge of all the IT development aspects of our software product.
Sagal is a Canadian certified Business Analyst, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala, India. With expertise in machine learning, data analysis, IT infrastructure, and change management, he excels in leveraging analytical tools to extract, interpret, and present data effectively.
As an AI Engineer at EN Solutions Hydro, he implemented machine learning solutions for hydropower component recognition and works for developing and maintaining a company-powered chatbot with hydropower knowledge using AI model fine tuning and prompt engineering.
Doriane Nguewo graduated from “École Polytechnique de Yaoundé”, Cameroon, in Mechatronics, and holds a Master’s degree in Intelligent Robotics and Embedded Electronic Systems from France, as well as an MBA in Supply Chain Management and International Trade. She is currently working on a PhD in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières in Canada, on Smart energy management systems. She has over 5 years’ experience in the electronics and electrical sectors, as well as part-time university teaching.
Alexandre is a graduate engineer from the Polytechnic School of Douala, specializing in Intelligent Systems, Vision, and Robotics. With over four years of experience in software development, he previously worked as a freelance software developer for various companies.
Currently, Alexandre leads the front-end development team for our product, shaping its user experience and interface. Passionate about artificial intelligence, he is also actively involved in building AI automation workflows to enhance efficiency and innovation.
